Early this spring Esther made her debut with two Spanish Orchestras. She performed with the RTVE Symphony Orchestra on February 29 and March 1 and the Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonikoa on March 7 and 8.
With the RTVE Symphony, Esther performed Bruch’s beloved first Violin Concerto in G-minor with conductor Andrey Boreyko. The RTVE Symphony Orchestra also performed The Little Mermaid, a symphonic poem by Austrian composer and conductor Alexander Von Zemlinsky.
Esther then made her debut with the Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonika for a program titled ‘Music, feminine singular,’ which represented the unstoppable rise of women in classical music and celebrated International Women’s Day. Esther was joined by conductor Yue Bao for a program featuring classical and contemporary works. They performed Prokofiev’s first Violin Concerto in D Major, op. 19.
